Hermeneutix– A Center for Translation, Editing and Publication–connects and trains translators, provides editorial support and maintains a network with publishers. It offers workshops, mentorships and fellowships in both Bangla and English translation projects, and creates an open platform that encourages translators to communicate their project proposals directly with publishers.  

Hermeneutix aims at

• Inspiring individuals to take translation and editing as career choices, 
• Creating scopes for communications and exchange of ideas among different languages and cultures and 
• Contributing to the translation Industry.
